Convicted Oscar Pistorius rushed to hospital after sustaining injury in jail.

Barely a month after he was sentenced to six years in jail for murder,Oscar Pistorius has been rushed to hospital after suffering injuries at his prison in South Africa.

The Paralympian, was taken for treatment after ‘falling out of his bed’ at the prison.

He was taken to a private hospital and later returned to jail, prison officials have revealed, and an investigation is underway.

Singabakho Nxumalo, a spokesman for the correctional services department, said that Pistorius told officials that he suffered injuries after falling out of bed.

Russian transgender woman to serve jail term in mens prison.

  Authorities rejected Dmitry Kozhukhov, 25, who just change her name to Alina davis, plea to serve in a women's prison because she is still registered and ‘physically’ a man. They insisted she should serve her two month sentence for driving with a fake licence in a male prison. A police spokesman said: "Kozhukov aka Davis is a man according to his documents and as a result he was sent to a male prison."
