Academic excellence is a tool of posterity, a measure of survival. Everything there is in life revolves around excellence. Technology, for instance is a product of excellence. There is hardly any contemporary or primordial essence of life that is not a derivative of academic or learning excellence. Academics has been used interchangeably as learning. So the Lecture Topic becomes, Learning/Academic Excellence. The idea is to accommodate the facet of teenagers that are learning trade or other informal forms of learning. One time we were on Christmas vacation in Bonny, my maternal home, and my sister and I got into one of those useless and baseless fights that have no head or tail . Well, in the course of the fight, we pushed over some stacked up crates of malt and soda that our granny was selling. No less than 3 crates of drinks were damaged and only a few bottles survived. At that point, our mum jumped in and rooted out her rod of correction to beat the spirit of fighting and destruction out of us. But our grandma stepped in just time to rebuke her. Granny warned her not to lay a finger on us. Instead she rewarded us with plates of fresh fish and asked us to share the remaining bottles that did not break. That was after she made sure that neither of us was injured in the fight. Those who had tough parents can relate to this. It sees e-governance as luxury in part, and a necessity in the other. The paper considered that public institutions such as the listed area of concern could implement e-governance to enhance its staff effective task delivery. Areas of implementation of e-governance included digital correspondence management. Established Protocol PREAMBLE It is with great sense of privilege that I address you today, my great people of Etche ethnic nationality, one of the most revered ethnic nationalities in Rivers State and Nigeria. The two local government areas that make up our nation, have been in the forefront of the prosperity and image boost of our dear state. We are a people known for peace and hospitality to ourselves, neighbours and tenants. The theme of this year’s Easter Convention, ‘ Land Grabbing and Insecurity in Etche Nation ’, is not only prompt but a clarion call to forestall image harm and foster prosperity in our dear Etche nation. Land grabbing could mean a forceful or fraudulent acquisition of land asset of a community by government, individuals, and usually in large scale.
