The Rivers State Government has released a list of people to be sworn-in as commissioners into the State's executive council as well as their various portfolios. The list is as follows:

It sees e-governance as luxury in part, and a necessity in the other. The paper considered that public institutions such as the listed area of concern could implement e-governance to enhance its staff effective task delivery.
