No year is complete without rapper Skillz giving a summary of the year’s biggest events in lyrical form. The Virginia lyricist obliged hiphop lovers with what they'd all been waiting for with his “2015 Rap Up.”
The underground hip-hop veteran Skillz dropped his annual end-of-the-year song today.
As with previous years, the rapper summed up 2015 in a five-minute track. The song opens with an audio clip from Steve Harvey’s blunder at the Miss Universe pageant.

It sees e-governance as luxury in part, and a necessity in the other. The paper considered that public institutions such as the listed area of concern could implement e-governance to enhance its staff effective task delivery.
