Mathematically 16 represents 4times 4 or 8+8. Anatomically 16 signifies the climax of adolescence. Politically,especially in Nigeria, 16 represents corruption.

However, one might be tempted to oblige to this school of thought but finally disagree with thesis.
Between 1960 and present, was their a government devoid of corruption? Before the colonial era, the first Portuguese nationale that entered Benin City in 1453 recorded in his diary;
