BAYELSA ELECTION RESULTS

The governorship elections in Bayelsa state, south south Nigeria, conducted on the 5th of December 2015 has been declared inconclusive. But according to results collated so far, incumbent governor Seriake Dickson of the PDP is leading his closest rival, former governor Timipreye Sylva of the APC by 105,648 to 72,594.
Out of the 8 local governments already collated, PDP won in 7. A rerun has been declared in the remaining LGA, Southern, which is believed to have the largest voting strength.
