Popular Nigerian preacher and General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A Adeboye has released some predictions of what would happen in the year 2016. In his annual Prophecies, the Man of God said things would get rough in Nigeria and that a new sexually transmitted disease would break out.

It sees e-governance as luxury in part, and a necessity in the other. The paper considered that public institutions such as the listed area of concern could implement e-governance to enhance its staff effective task delivery.
